He graduated from University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas Southwestern Medical School in 1997 and has been in practice for 20 years. Dr. Bridges is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Bridges is an independent private practice physician.
Karim M. Meghani, MD
Dr. Meghani practices Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and has been with Texas Rehabilitation Hospital since 2012. He graduated from Aga Khan Medical College in 1988. He completed his residency at East Carolina University School of Medicine and completed his fellowship training in neuromuscular diseases and EMG at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. Robert Balch III, D.O.

Dr. Balch attended medical school at the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth. He completed residency training in the specialty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. He then completed an ACGME accredited fellowship in Pain Management at the University of Washington in Seattle, where he served as Chief Fellow and was awarded the esteemed “Pain Fellow of the Year” by the Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. During his fellowship, he worked closely with internationally recognized experts in headache pain, spine and pelvic pain. Dr. Balch is an accomplished author and has published several papers in Scientific Journals including “Ultrasound Guided Intrathecal Baclofen Trials: A Case series”, and Extended Release Morphine Sulfate in Treatment of Severe Acute and Chronic Pain. Dr. Balch’s experience as a pain management specialist has fostered an understanding that one must treat the whole person by incorporating the mind, body and spirit. The patient must feel good about themselves as a whole person in order to achieve the best level of health. Thus, Dr. Balch is proud to offer a full scale of aesthetic therapies to his pain management practice which includes cosmetic laser therapy, pharmaceutical grade skin care products, facials, microdermabrasion, Botox and dermal filler injections.
