Located at 425 Alabama Avenue in Fort Worth - Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Fort Worth is designed specifically to ensure that our patients receive exceptional medical and therapeutic rehabilitation services, in order to achieve their highest level of function, as quickly as possible. Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Fort Worth offers all patients 3 hours of therapy, 5 days a week, with additional therapy services available on the weekends.
Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Fort Worth is a 66-bed acute rehabilitation hospital offering state-of-the-art rehabilitation services in a new facility that opened April 26, 2011. Specialized treatment programs are offered for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation and orthopedic injury. These services, as well as other amenities, are offered in order to make our patients’ stay with us both enjoyable and productive.

Visiting hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., seven days a week. Please keep in mind that our patients are periodically in an out of their rooms throughout the day, particularly while receiving therapies and at meal times.
We have a partnership with Centerre Healthcare that helps us to provide improved clinical outcomes and a higher quality of care, resulting in the best rehabilitation service for the needs of our patients and the community.
Our facility is Medicare certified, accredited by The Joint Commission (www.jointcommission.org), and accredited by CARF - The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (www.carf.org) for our Adult Inpatient Rehabilitation Program, our Adult Inpatient Stroke Specialty Program, and our Adult Inpatient Brain Injury Specialty Program.
